Peter swung by on short notice to repair a leaky part and replace a thermostat that was installed a few months ago. All done within the warranty.

Peter has helped us greatly to rectify a big problem we had with our main water pipe, assisting us all the way through the process which was not straight forward. He and Steve were great taking out our ancient boiler and putting in the new one in a different room. They worked tidily and were very friendly. We are very happy with all the work carried out, and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Peter was fantastic and extremely helpful throughout the process. He managed to get all the work done in one day and explained in great detail how everything works and some basic troubleshooting I can do if there are any issues. If I do have any issues though I feel confident that Peter would help right away. The only fault was the clearing of rubbish from the day as my waste bin was filled instead of them taking all of it away and there were bits of rubbish left in our front yard and in the room with the boiler. After contacting Peter he came back and sorted this out. Overall I recommend.
Came around in July for annual service, brilliant, tidy word and lots of words of advice and a good price. Also phoned yesterday (11/11) with a problem and he helped solve it over the phone. Would definitely recommend as solved the problem and again, provided much needed advice
Our boiler had been previously fitted by another company and the work was identified as unsafe by Gas Safety. Peter was able to complete the work required in an efficient and calm manner, persevering when it became more complicated than first envisioned. Peter was very professional and reliable and his work was clean and tidy. We would highly recommended his services and will use him again.

Had a bird trapped behind an old unused gas fire so took opportunity to get it fixed and remove the fire to release the bird. Peter arrived as expected and did a quick an efficient job on both the fire and saving the bird. Would definitely use again for any relative jobs
Peter and Steve arrived on time and promptly started to cover the floors, carpets with a protective covering, and started the work right away to install the boiler. They finished the installation on time and cleared everything away. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter he was a very polite person.

Peter came out to us on the day that he was called, he was very professional and advised us that our boiler needed a new part which he would have to order. This was ordered on Monday and he fitted the part on Tuesday. We were very impressed with the job and he even checked our radiators without being asked. Very thorough and did a very good job. Have used this firm on numerous occasions in respect of the gas supply in house. Have fitted a new boiler in the past. Current job was a small one of removing an old gas fire from the living room. Turned up when agreed and completed the job with minimum disruption and charged a very reasonable fee. Takes safety very seriously and would not consider using any other firm
Peter and co. Came highly recommended from a friend, and more than lived up to this. Even before getting the job, Peter answered a load of questions, helping us select the right boiler (a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 24). He was prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and kept us fully informed about each stage of the job - everything you'd hope for. The house is now warmer, and warms quicker, than when the old boiler was still working. I actually got quotes from about eight different firms, with Liverpool Heating Solutions being joint lowest. Excellent value, for an excellent job.
Found them on internet. Read the reviews. Rang around 9.00, Peter came at 3.00 pm. He was very straight forward about the costs. Got 2 quotes , the best and worst scenario. Came at agreed time (spot on). The stairs and wooden floor were covered under protection sheets. No mess, no rubbish, old boiler was taken out, everything explained. Honest, reliable, hard working professional. 12 stars service out of 10 as Peter goes “extra mile”. Can’t praise Peter and Steve enough. Highly recommend. Btw, the quote was £1k cheaper than I got from Big 6 and my insurance company.Book LHS, don’t overpay.

Peter installed a new boiler with a Hive thermostat. The work carried out was done efficiently and professionally. He was very reliable, friendly and polite and took the time to explain how to use the new system afterwards. The old boiler and any other discarded materials were removed promptly. The engineer came out within a couple of hours of calling as agreed and he text me to let me know he was on his way. He was very understanding of what I needed. I've used Peter for the last couple of years for all my heating requirements, today he fitted a extra radiator. As usual he arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleanly ensuring the pipe work was neat and the whole installation just looks like it's originally part of the house.
